TEXT IN GREEN ARE LINKS - CLICK ON THEMThere is a spiritual realm! We do not believe in spiritualism because it can be visibly seen. We believe in spiritualism because through it we can see E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G E-L-S-E more clearly. Spirituality is not just about religion, it enlightens us to the concept that everything is connected. Our physical existence is tactile and experienced through our natural bodies. But our mental existence is psychological and experienced through our minds. Overall our sense of existence can be intuitively experienced through the spirit and energy of thought. Every individuals "state of being" affects their multiple dimensions of existence. One theory in life says that the more we understand about life the more we should be aware of all the people, circumstances and situations we are directly and indirectly intertwined with. We are more like a community of bee's then a society of solitary polar bears. There is always a ripple effect created by our pebbles. They may seem insignificant in comparison to the waves of change; but everything we say and/or do in this life affects every connected dimension. Today's science can only offer theories about how the vast amount of the universe functions. Throughout history many of the theories that scientist derived were limited to that days current beliefs. Aristotle's explanation of gravity survived from the 4th century BC until the early 17th century even though it was wrong. Despite all of the scientific advancements today the majority of the universe seems to consists of unknown substances called dark matter and dark energy. It may be that whenever writers or scientist cannot define something unknown, theory labels it as "dark." The purpose of this blog is to examine principles and present theory by delivering relatively accurate up to date information. We rely on the principle of shedding light on a subject to enable others to create their own personal solutions. This is not an advice column it is a directions to use your device manual. As our disclaimer states the contents in these blogs are not written in stone. After all there may be some unknown dimensions we are unaware of called DARK dimensions. There are mental laws, physical laws and spiritual laws that coexist together but have to be applied differently. For example, in the physical universe "opposites" generally do not commingle, cooperate or collaborate together; although their forces normally attract one another. Just as fire and water neutralize one another in the physical realm so does doubt neutralize faith in the mental realm. However within the spiritual realm faith and (fear) doubt can abide side by side as thoughts change form to balance with our beliefs. Our feelings can become our worse enemy if they are wrong but we feel they are right. Emotions act just as the word "emotion" sounds. They are not static, they evolve and can change the way we feel about almost anything or anyone. Although we operate as if we completely know and understand the dynamics of our physical world the truth is that at best we know very little about the majority of how it works. When we apply this fact to the mental and spiritual aspects of life we find we know even less. Our perspective of the world is incomplete without acknowledging the spiritual, mental and physical realms. Our response to many of the issues we face day to day is distorted in light of how we see them. We should see the world as a large sphere filled with water (spirit) and inhabited by creatures (people) immersed in it. Instead we see the world as a large sphere filled with people (water) that spirit (energy) also inhabits. This is backwards and does not accurately reflect the way the universe works. We are just one of many inhabitants immersed in a pool (atmosphere) of other energies. When we perceive the world as a large sphere filled with people (water) and shared by other inhabitants (spirit) we deceive ourselves. The presence of Spirit should not be regarded as "weather" that we have to deal with from time to time. Spirit should be regarded as the atmosphere we live and exist in which causes our "weather." We are actually swimming and travelling around through a large ocean of spirit. The spiritual world is the main driver of all that we experience in life. This is the portion of our existence we generally let religion or metaphysics define. It is shortsighted to describe any aspect of spirituality only by these two narrow categories. Spirituality is a part of all of life! As we increase our education we increase in knowledge. As we exercise our spirituality we increase in caring. Our Insight always increases in sync with our introspection. Spirituality starts with honesty which involves submitting to the critique of faulty thought. Our normal thinking process is analytical and develops through logical reasoning, but our spiritual mind is insightful and grows by subordinating the ego through selflessness. Being Spiritual is a choice. Anyone seeing their purpose or setting their desires to benefit others is on a spiritual journey. People exercising spirituality consistently practice self examination and correction. Spirituality is a unique lifestyle. Being spiritual takes us down a one way street. The insights and revelations are permanent, the knowledge remains in perpetuity even if we fail, fall or falter and it cannot be unlearned. When we are willing to risk being wrong so that truth can be right our spirit is renewed and even when we suffer for it our soul rejoices. So in our final analysis being spiritual without believing in God is not such a far-fetched idea. Although we cannot DEFINE spirit we can describe it. It is through our spirit that we sense and have feelings for our fellow human beings. Our spirits are the universal conduit for our communication with and connections to one another. Without spirit we cannot affect or control our own destiny. Spirit seems to be a universal force, so is it a stretch to say that spirit is universal? If we can't see it, but can feel it, have it, but can't touch it, believe in it, but cant prove it; then why should we label it?. We are incapable of defining spirit OR GOD! Believing in spirit may be more then enough to redefine what an atheist or agnostic really is, because even they believe in spirit and God is a spirit too.
