A scar is a mark left on the skin or within the body characterized by new fibrous connective tissue growth marking the spot where healing has occurred. A scar can also be a mark left in or on our minds characterized by how we connect to and perceive life. Scars come as a result of an injury and can serve as a reminder of that experience. Usually scars are inflicted accidentally but at times they are administered purposely. Although we generally associate scaring with damage or injury it is more accurate to identify scarring with survival, recovery and healing. The negative way of viewing our connotation to scarring comes from how we embrace the process. Life is a process in which we create systems that provide a common framework of norms and rules. Learning how to function within these systems and making adjustments to them has a tendency to be abrasive and cause scarring. No one learns to walk without falling and everyone can affect their own destiny.

              When we rise from a fall                                       When there's no time to wait

REGARDLESS OF DIFFICULTIES, LIFE IS A GIFT NO MATTER HOW WE DEAL WITH IT.

​The gift of life is such that EVERY experience is potentially beneficial to both ourselves and others. Although suppressed memories and other forms of denial have a tendency to hide invisible scars. The effects of those scars may still be evident. Invisible scars may be composed of multiple factors like abuse, unfulfilled dreams and shattered hopes. Scars serve as a reminder of battles. Wounds leave scars. It is far better to have been in a fight, get knocked down and rise again; then to have never been in a battle that we stood in the midst of. Scars may be a source of pride or pain, whether heralded or hidden these are the trophies of life. There are an abundance of circumstances, occurrences and situations that can scar us. No matter the source of the scar it still leaves a mark. Whether we were wounded by a friend or enemy has no effect on the scar.  Even our dreams kept within the virtual world of our minds may scar us. There are five main types of dreams, howbeit a lucid dream can be suppressed but never destroyed. Just like hope, whether our dreams are kept in our conscious or subconscious mind, they abide; "although it's frail it's hard to kill."

Scarring is known to be a natural consequence of learning and growing. Scarring is a common phenomena that occurs with and is experienced by most plants, animals and humans. It can also be witnessed by observing multiple birth or growth processes. Some childhood experiences leave memories, marks or scars that we carry for life. The way we view and embrace scars are expressed in the way we verbally relate to them. Some of our "invisible" scars come as a result of systemic forces and influences. "A system is a group of interacting or interrelated entities that form a unified whole. A system is described by its spatial and temporal boundaries, surrounded and influenced by its environment, described by its structure and purpose and expressed in its functioning." A system is an arrangement of complementary rules or standards that impact behaviors, procedures, and thinking. Every system is designed to work toward a common goal that each individual aspect mutually supports. Every function and every aspect of our existence is a part of a larger yet universal system. Systems can be formed naturally or created artificially. The systems we create must conform to the definition and standard of "systems" or they will break and suffer corruption. It is unfortunate that we've created "systems" void of cultural, environmental, moral and spiritual values while simultaneously corrupting or disrupting multiple naturally functioning systems in the name of pleasure, profits or power. Disrupting our ECOsystems is presently having adverse ramifications across every aspect of life affecting species, disease, farming, agriculture, fishing, global chains, food supplies, family units, government interventions and natures bio-diversity. Our pirating policies are scarring the planet and have brought humans and wildlife physically closer. This is happening simultaneously with the frequency of natural disasters occurring closer and closer. Changing forests to farmland may have long term unintended consequences if not done in a practical and balanced way. These are both a part of individual but interdependent systems. The desire to produce more food can possibly undermine our efforts to feed more people in the long run.

The average person does not know very much about bio-diversity and ecosystems. They are the foundation behind how nature maintains balance among the living and between living and non living things. Balance is the core characteristic that allows all of nature to work in sync. In life, balancing establishes the fulcrum or pivot point on the bar that exists between abundance and scarcity. Most systems operate through dividing work and resources. Once any system has been established and assembled, the individual components must begin working together by establishing dependencies through intertwining and sharing functionality. Managing this balancing act is at the core of why these systems work so efficiently. Such systems are designed to work cooperatively and minimize blemishes, marks, wounds or scars. To understand how systems work, we don't have to look outside of our own bodies. Most people are not familiar with the 11 unique systems that work cooperatively inside of every one of us. The collapse or malfunctioning of any one of these individual systems has a domino effect upon the others. In like manner this planet's systems are codependent, and the demise of any one area will impact all of the others. Anyone failing to see and "acknowledge the science" behind what we've done and are doing to our planet is also incapable of seeing or acknowledging these plainly apparent "visible and invisible scars." It is difficult to find phrases that can accurately describe the substance of "invisible" energies and forces that exist within "the ether." In many writing we see the use of personifications to give human characteristics to ideas, thoughts and inanimate objects. We may also use anthropomorphism's to make animals or objects seemingly "behave" or "appear" in ways similar to human beings. Such descriptions are an attempt to describe "invisible" attributes that can only be "spiritually" discerned. This directly illustrates the link between the natural, tangible, visible world and the supernatural, virtual, spiritual kingdom behind it all. These two dimensions are in balance and whatever occurs in one influences the other. Life will find a balance! Whether that division is  just, even and stable is up to us.

READ ON FOR THE "SPIRITUAL" INSIGHTS AND PERSPECTIVES OF "INVISIBLE SCARS."

"Invisible scars," behaviors and viruses can all hide behind their anonymity, obscurity and inconspicuous appearance. There are emotional, psychological and physic consequences associated with systemic failures. True balance in life extends beyond economic, physical and social considerations. There are mental and spiritual ramifications which cannot be easily measured by projections, charts or graphs. Measuring mental or emotional maladies has to be done over years and across generations. Just think about the after effects of slavery still being experienced today. It is important that "human nature" works in balance with "all of nature." These separate attributes measured on the same scale must work together and be kept in balance. There are no contradictions in the natural order of nature. The contradictions we encounter come from human abuse not from natural use. There is no way to substantially isolate or divide nature. The "natural systems" that govern the interoperability of our planet also coincide with the "spiritual systems" that influence and shape all of creation. Whether divisions result from disagreements, incompatibilities or a lack of harmony, they all come at the cost of unity. The price paid for compromising unity can only be calculated in spiritual currency. This currency (energy) is the force behind the balance of our systems. Every part of our entire multidimensional universe has been created and designed to work in sync. From interplanetary movements and biblical miracles to butterfly migrations every activity affects the balance and harmony of life. It's such a shame that we as an advanced species are still dealing with such age old preventable maladies. It's obvious that something in our world is out of place, out of sync and out of whack. It seems like this planet needs CPR. It doesn't matter if we're the cause ourselves or it's dying on its own, we need to save it! The first step in CPR is to check for a heartbeat/pulse. When there's a heartbeat there is hope. The rhythm of our heartbeat sets a pattern through which we can synchronize multiple sources. Rhythm allows us to sync our breathing with the beat of our hearts. Putting it all together produces harmony which combines the effects of individual actions in a "cooperative spirit" of order, peace and tranquility.

The atmosphere and consciousness of our "out of balance" environment has been compromised and is susceptible to the "spirit of separatism." We can choose to divide, compete, conceal and consume or unite, care, cultivate and cooperate. We are moving towards our different corners and positioning ourselves for separating and shunning rather then sharing and supporting one another. The spiritual consciousness of this planet is being corrupted through the "spirit of the Antichrist" and dividing us along cultural, national, political and religious lines. Let's draw some conclusions; if the "Spirit of Christ" represents Love, peace and harmony; it stands to reason that the "spirit of the Antichrist" represents hate, conflict and confusion. The "nature of spirit" may be difficult to discern for the average person. For example, when listening to unfamiliar laughing or crying of a child, it may not be easy to tell the difference. Both sounds are similar; they emanate from the same source, use many of the same muscles but the harmonics differ. Most parents can easily distinguish their children's fake from their real crying. So here's the deal. We, that is us (The U.S. & The World) have arrived at a spiritual fork in the road. What we hear and see deceives us. This is why morals must triumph over money, principles over feelings, ethics over politics and love over legalities. There are unseen forces at work here. The Bible describes them as spiritual wickedness in high places. Revelations speaks of a spirit that deceives the entire world. Is that the spirit among us now? We are not referring to a person but rather a personality, behavior and attitude of consciousness/spirit that influences both leaders and followers.

 Let's take a look at all of this through an enabling lens. Let's look through the lens of our abilities. We the people have the power to express and exercise our desires.  We have both the power of choice and voice. Use it! Choose you this day whom ye will serve. It is our job to choose "WHAT" not necessarily "HOW." "What" we want only requires a desire for it and a willingness to give a voice to that desire. "How" we want it requires action and an ability to work in faith. The correlation between "what" and "how" is similar to the relationship between "faith" and "works." Too many of us put the "HOW" before the "WHAT." Contrary to what people think all "physical manifestations" originate from "spiritual sources" and they follow this order; the visible (WHAT we see) is the result of the invisible. (WHAT we don't see) Thoughts precede things. Our "will" takes priority over our works, but without action our "will" is just like a wish. Once we express a desire (the intangible invisible) we may not know how to make it happen or manifest it. (the tangible visible) This is where hope and faith make "HOW" a reality.

There will always be a "WHAT," some need that we should address. Applying and activating our faith is "HOW" we address it.  The answer and solution does not have to be obvious or clear, faith does not require visible evidence. This unseen substance requires very little effort. Just a grain of a mustard seed is enough to work its wonders. There will also be some work to do for faith to have it's effect. "But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?" We can no longer complain or say what can we do? Its now obvious that we've got to do something. The blame game is over. The new "THEM" is "WE." As people protest over the right to work, the right of assembly and the right to bear arms, surely we can speak with a singular voice about our obligation to the welfare of our fellow man. The truth of the matter is that we are our brothers keeper! Let's help one another keep the sheep.
