FORCES THAT MOVE "ENERGY" WORK IN SYNC WITH THE FORCES THAT SHAPE & USE "ENERGY"! Energy is a force that we can describe as multidimensional but NOT define. Energy is the actual invisible substance we give, receive, share, revive and find. Energy has Life! Without energy life does not exist as we know it! Everybody has some; there are multiple levels and intensities to it and it is impossible to get ANYTHING done without it. Although the standard definition of energy is the capacity to do work let's take it a step further. Remember, all of the conclusions and theories in these posts are written in chalk. One of the most unique qualities of energy is that it is transferable. Energy has several forms including physical, psychological, and spiritual. In science whether its electrical, mechanical, chemical, thermal or nuclear the action and reactions of things move energy. How it is actually created is somewhat of a scientific mystery. However most people find a way to access it when they really need it. Energy has a source. We can choose to believe in a "Big Bang Theory" of some kind or believe in God! Actors and athletes sometimes absorb energy from their audiences and fans. Older people seem to get more of it from interacting with youth. Performers and comedians manipulate it. Parents tirelessly give it to their children and seemingly work miracles with it. Inspiration is a form of energy. Energy is impartial and can be applied and used or abused. Energy displays the essence of effort in its applied forms. Thinking is an involuntary act we have a lot of control over. Whether we are awake or asleep our minds are always thinking. Thinking about thinking sounds redundant, but without questioning what our minds are doing, how our minds are doing it and where it's getting it from, we can be easily deceived. Just because we think something doesn't make it true. Thinking is not just an activity of the brain. Thinking is an activity of both the brain and the mind. The brain is the physical organ we generally associate with our consciousness that connects to the mind. However the mind is NOT just composed of the brain. The mind is a conglomerate of things. The mind links our brains to our thoughts and being. There's more on the mind ahead. Thinking is an ongoing process that we describe conceptually through abstractions. In other words thinking, like the heart and mind, cannot be totally defined through words. It is not a visible or tangible thing. Thinking is an actionable yet invisible force of energy. Yet how and what we think impacts the spiritual, intellectual and emotional levels of life. Thinking is also a part of the social process. We are actually more like bees then we realize. We can accomplish incredible things when we put our minds together and combine them. The world is to complex for any "one of us" to know or do anything really significant without some assistance from the "rest of us." Through the process of thinking, our individual ignorance can promote error or spawn collective brilliance if we're open and allow it. The process of intellectual harmony functions in conjunction with what may be defined as Intellectual humility, a quality that should be a PRIMARY REQUIREMENT in all of our leaders. Thinking is an energy we can control and combine. The Mind can be depicted as a composition containing combinations of components created from a collective of shared resources. Thinkers might want to read the previous sentence again very slowly. It describes the mind not the brain. The mind includes all of the cognitive faculties including consciousness, imagination, perception, thinking, judgement, language and memory that supposedly are housed in the brain. However we should note that our flesh has a mind of its own. Those of us that believe that consciousness is shared can expand on that. Its easier to describe the mind in terms of what it is not. This is not to say that we do not need definitions. Definitions will always limit its subject in some scope. This is why the Bible commands us NOT to make any graven images that define GOD! To further describe the mind we can say that the mind is a composite of energy we can tap into through multiple methods. The word "mind" is used in many inclusive contextual applications. We say, "do we mind, losing our minds, having a mind to, minding the store and we tell our children to mind their manners." Regardless of the meanings we subscribe to, the complexity of the mind should not be underrated or underestimated. The mind can regulate and apply the energies under its control. Memories are one of the most precious yet permanent commodities within the mind. By default we constantly create them from and through experiences. They are a two edged sword. Although we can create them we cannot kill or destroy them. It is important to create as many good memories as possible, because later in life we can relive them. This allows us to experience old occurrences as new. Even if people or places that were a tangible part of those memories are not present, we can recreate them with the same effect they originally had. This is one of the reasons why God commanded the children of Israel to observe the Passover annually. The ceremonial practice was more than just a tradition. The custom was a reminder of what God did, who God is and how to remain faithful. Any emancipation from slavery should become a holiday for all those affected. Memories contain actual energy and spirit. Memories are the footprints of our existence. Memories can be manipulated, trained and transformed. By purposely choosing to focus only on pleasant memories we can create the type of "Memory Initiated Emotions" in the present in contrast to whatever we experienced in the past. By consciously choosing to concentrate on our best memories we reward ourselves with an atmosphere that perpetuates the most beneficial feelings from emotions that can heal both our body and soul. Contrary to popular belief our memories are not fixed. Memories are retained in a manner that we guide them towards and they grow retrospectively. It turns out that neuroplasticity also known as brain plasticity also includes the memory. When we recall difficult or egregious incidents from the past we are likely to fall into the trap of reviving the negative emotions those memories bring to us. The solution is to transform bad memories into good ones. This is simple to do. The key is to be thankful for what the experience has taught us and in turn be happy for being able to learn from it. Each time we access any particular memory we actually add to or change it slightly anyway. We might as well change it for the better. Through planting seeds of gratefulness we cultivate memories of appreciation that changes how we feel about those occurrences. Memories allow the energy of "past thought" into the present. Knowledge is an ever growing pool of interchanging information that is shared across multiple sources. Knowledge can be homogenously consolidated with the rest of the available information within that pool. Often this is NOT the case. But by recognizing the limits of our understanding we can better apply knowledge. The application of knowledge is only limited by the extent to which it is hoarded or disseminated. Knowledge, like every other intangible entity of the thought to creation process, gives birth to energy that can be directed towards any goal. All fresh or new knowledge can be biased. Knowledge discovered or applied outside of its collective application with all other knowledge can create inaccurate extremities. Whether the knowledge is accurate or not the energy created by it operates the same way. Just consider where mankind would be if we used the time, effort and energy spent attempting to destroy one another to help one another instead. The overall cost of World War II alone could have eradicated world hunger permanently. We also know that when precise knowledge gets applied in a timely manner, the more powerful the effect of that knowledge is. Knowledge is the fuel of thought energy. Sincerity can be characterized as an emotional feeling of pure expressed as an intention without pretense or deceit. Like all beliefs it is only as good as its application. As newborns grow to infants and then to toddlers sincerity tends to get compromised by the experiences of reality. We all see the world from the inside out and as that perspective expands we tend to act more self centered. Once there is an agenda sincerity comes into question. Sincerity is not necessarily marked by saying everything we mean, but more by meaning everything we say. As an emotion, sincerity can only be displayed or shown through actions that express a commitment to an intent. As we honor that emotion sincerity can blind us to truth. The worse condition we can find ourselves in is to be sincere but sincerely wrong. The intensity of sincerity should not be confused with the mandate of integrity. Sincerity's energy must become the impetus of action. Beliefs abide at a place in the mind where knowledge is accepted as reality with or without fact. Beliefs are an integral part of existence necessary to sustain the spirit of our drive, energy and motivation. The belief in tomorrow carries us through today. Our beliefs are in alignment with our moral compass. The strength of any of our beliefs are the thoughts or factors that substantiate them. For a belief to pass the litmus test of infallibility there are usually multiple points of proof to validate them. Beliefs adopted and embraced strictly by traditional teachings or blind faith seemingly require no such proofs. It is NOT necessary to understand everything we may believe, but it is important to verify our core beliefs through the wisdom that should grow with age and maturity. Beliefs are tricky they do not discriminate between false and true. A belief only has the power to become substance through what is done with it or by it. In short a belief is characterized not by what it is but by what it does! Whenever we stir up the passions of our beliefs we tamper with an explosive force. For old beliefs to be rejected or retired new beliefs must be inserted to occupy and replace the old ones. Old beliefs must be renounced and rejected or they will leave some remnant of themselves to be falsely embraced and reintegrated. Many beliefs begin as theories and subsequently develop into beliefs The greatest obstacle to letting go of false beliefs is thinking supported by phrases like "but what about" or "Yeah but." Beliefs are the glue that combine the energy of the psychic to substance. ALONGSIDE THE FORCES THAT MAKE ENERGY ARE OTHER RELATED FORCES THAT SHAPE ENERGY. Compromise is a a part of life. We are not perfect nor do we live in a perfect society. When Working with others it is normal to make concessions from time to time. It is compromise that allows progress to triumph over disagreement. However there are some things that we can never compromise. There is no middle ground for established and accepted moral, ethical and legal standards. For some things there can be no settlement or a happy medium. Unfortunately, as sell outs, most of us can be bought for a price. There is always a tendency to filter what we see through the expectations of what we think we should see. This level of compromise is no longer compromise it is self betrayal. Pleasure, power or plenty of money is generally all it takes. After all the love of money is the root of all evil. We settle for selling our duplicity at the cost of our souls. Compromise is how energy gets applied across conflicting knowledge or beliefs. Laughter is NOT always an indication that something is funny. In fact most laughter indicates something entirely different. In our everyday communicative process we use laughter to glue the fabric of our conversations, interactions and relationships together. Laughter is learned and developed individually and evolves as we grow. Laughter is basically involuntary, we rarely if ever consciously choose to laugh. Our brains mind decides for us. Although most laughter is not about humor, it allows us to disguise or relate feelings. There are seven major causes for laughter and a host of ways to laugh. There is courtesy laughter, nervous laughter and humorous laughter. Laughter is a part of our universal language. Laughter can come as a result of external mental/physical stimulus or may bubble up from internal brain mechanisms responsible for it. We don't seem to be able to spontaneously create it but we can suppress it. This may be why tickling our own selves doesn't work. Laughter is one way that energy is expressed, transmitted or disguised. Bucket lists are not for everyone. Although the idea appeals to accomplishing certain things during a life time, it also implies that life is limited by and subject to time. Bucket lists focus on fulfillment coming through "particular" accomplishments rather then culmination of all experiences. Life is not defined in terms of time, but life is examined through it. Bucket lists are not a realistic way of living life. Bucket lists imply a countdown of tasks versus time. The things that we "achieve" in time can never fully define our lives because life is a journey not a destination. Our legacy which "lives" through time perpetuates the same energy even after we are gone. It's all about the adventures we experience daily and who we share those experiences with! "What" is more important then "when." Bucket lists tend to package the energy of both goals and aspirations into a finite container of intentions. Once that vessel has been emptied the energy of the bucket tends to go with it. Bucket lists function as single purpose, one time energy containers. Time is a concept we use to map our existence. Time only has significance with anything defined by it. Time allows us to view the universe in terms of how it continually evolves. The universe, the expression of a creators existence, reveals the substance of that creator through the magnificence of its creatures. And time, like the concept of God, is better understood when viewed in light of what it does rather than what it is. This may be why Moses was reluctant to approach the Pharaoh of Egypt. Without some tremendously impressive gadget accompanied by a great and fearful name I'm sure he felt inadequate. Moses got a branch of a tree he called a rod and a clause for a title he called his God. Imagine facing Pharaoh with a stick and a phrase saying "I am that I am." Time itself is conceptual. The Pharaoh understood this when Egypt lost 3 cycles of daylight. Most of us still measure time by the sun. We often speak of time in terms of having time, making time, taking time and wasting time. Time cannot be taken, hidden, owned, created, used or manipulated. The very idea that allows us to think that we can measure time proves that we have very little understanding of it. Time operates independently and impartially we determine its energy through our relationship with it. Life is the evidence and expression of energy. It is manifested in so many ways that we cannot allow life to be defined by any single description, definition or interpretation. Fortunately we have all of the sects, divisions and denominations of our religious institutions to sort that out. The way we see life through the many lenses, filters and perspectives combined with the way we live life with others is what we believe life to be. Life is the continual culmination of all our current experiences knitted together into an ongoing story. Life is balanced. It is self balancing along, across, by and through its multiple dimensions. As different factors in life align, the instability experienced during that process is how life balances. All life, and all of life form the actual energy of active subsistence. Physical Matter is physical matter in all its forms; solid liquid or gas. Energy is energy in all its forms: thought words or action. We make energy with our thoughts, develop energy with our words and shape energy with our actions. The last sentence in each paragraph all correlate in their relation to energy. Whether we are aware of it or not as spiritual beings we are constantly transmitting and receiving energy through our thoughts, words and actions. Our leaders are at the forefront of this infectious forum and must take responsibility for all its effects and results.
