THE MIRACulous POWER OF MODELING MOTHERHOOD

THIS POST IS INSPIRED BY & DEDICATED TO MY MOTHER DOROTHY (DOTT) NICHOLSON BROWN. IT ALSO APPLIES AND EXTENDS TO THE MOTHERHOOD EXPRESSED THROUGH THE "FEMININE GENDER." TO ALL WIVES, AUNTS, SISTERS, NIECES, COUSINS, GRANDMOTHERS AND EVERY WOMAN TO EVER GRACE THIS PLANET WITH THEIR PLEASING, PASSIONATE, AND PULCHRITUDINOUS PRESENCE.
The greater significance of "Mother's Day" gets lost when we fail to consider its universal concept and applications. The term "Motherhood" encompasses a purposeful creative, formative and birthing relationship with all life. A progenitor's intent is the advancement and nurturing of its own species. Each generation acquires their course, destination and purpose through the maternal aspect of parenting. Homeostasis, the interest and instinct to evolve survive and thrive even among adverse conditions, is instinctively a by-product of "Mothering." The history of "Mother's Day" started out with an agenda for peace and global unity. Yes, back in 1872 Julia Ward Howe, better known for writing the "Battle Hymn of The Republic," promoted a "Mothers Peace Day" in light of the horrors of America's Civil War and Europe's Franco-Prussian war. Women were encouraged to gather in parlors, churches, or social halls once a year to listen to sermons, present essays, sing hymns and/or pray.  This action complemented the "Suffrage Movement decades before women were allowed to vote. This was all in the name of promoting peace according to Katharine Antolini, an historian at West Virginia Wesleyan College. Katherine authored and wrote "Memorializing Motherhood: Anna Jarvis and the Struggle for Control of Mother's Day."  Memorializing Motherhood: Anna Jarvis and the Struggle for Control of Mother's Day.

THE SPIRITUAL SIGNIFICANCE OF A MATRIARCH

Our modern celebration of "Mother's Day" is an early 20th century commemoration. Other traditional observances of motherhood have existed throughout history. Cybele, known as the mother of the gods, was honored by the Greeks. The Romans adopted her as well. After becoming a national holiday in 1914 "Mother's Day," has stood against both verbal and legal assaults from holiday promoters to presidential administrations. Anna Jarvis fought to keep the powerful conceptualization of Mother's Day as both a holiday and a cultural representation of motherhood. We cannot define "motherhood" in terms of when it begins or ends, qualifications or attributes. Mothering instincts range from being as fierce as lions, as nurturing as lovebirds and as sacrificial as lambs. The privilege of motherhood comes through sacrifice. Black lace-weaver spider mothers provide the nutrients needed by their clutch of 60 - 130 offspring by giving their bodies to their young as food. Mothers head the list of all creatures willing to protect their children and other offspring with their life. All mothers possess hidden powers with supernatural abilities. From time to time, we hear stories about mothers who have tapped into the adrenaline needed to perform amazing feats of strength to rescue their children. This is a classic demonstration of the power of love. Single mothers head a special category.

MATERNAL bonds can form eternal connections

Our one day each year celebration of mothers is an insufficient representation of motherhood's overall global impact. Life's vicissitudes are more clearly embraced through the interlaced connective membranes mothers have with the planet. There is generally a hands-on tactile connection in the maternal instinctive drive of motherhood. This has been known to extend beyond a mother's own offspring and species. We have seen examples of wolves raising humans, even dogs nurturing and raising cats. Nature has built a biological mechanism inside the female mammalian species to ensure that the maternal instinct remains intact and is sustained from generation to generation. Oxytocin, sometimes referred to as the "love hormone" is commonly associated with childbirth and breast feeding. What is not commonly acknowledged is that it is also a neurotransmitter highly involved in trust, sexual activity, and relationship building. One thing we do know is that oxytocin is produced in the part of the brain called the hypothalamus and is usually found in higher levels among women. This year will be the last time we will concentrate or commemorate "Mother's Day" strictly on the second Sunday in May. We've included a link below to a song that epitomizes this sentiment. The writings and posts we create in this modern time are birthed now but then take on a life of their own. This is how we can immortalize our mothers while messaging the rest of the world through each of our individual mother's love.

An Integrated Technologies Aggregator practices the art of first assembling, next correlating and then finally corroborating various facts from distinct disciplines. Once this is completed, an "ITA" illustrates how these different fields of study are connected. It culminates in presenting inconclusive but irrefutable evidence of the relationships between biological, chemical, electrical, environmental, monetary, physical, psychological, social and SPIRITUAL principles. He strives to present evidence in a cohesive, practical & simplistic manner. Joseph is an unconventional and unique speaker & writer. He describes himself as a natural man with the sensitivity of a spiritual maven.  He is an apologist and spiritual scientist. Joseph insists that we "find" motivation from within by getting inspiration from without. He endeavors to provide that inspiration through applying various Bible based principles. As the author & founder of The Magnetic Model, Rapid Retail Systems & NitchTechnologies.com. Mr. Brown is available to speak to groups of all sizes. (small & large) He will only speak on a "Subject."
