We rape the earth for all its worth
d-i-v-i-d-i-n-g it in portions.
The things we used & then abused

And as we fight to move along
we may think we've succeeded.
The same ole sins, happen again 
while signs go on unheeded.

THE BACKLASH OF THE BIG PAYBACK

Payback is the simplest form of revenge. It is a play on the universal principle of reaping and sowing, cause and effect or karma. No matter whether we believe it or not history is replete with examples that confirms the Bible verse that says: "Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap." We are in a season of reaping. We have sown our inventions without regarding prevention. We have sown progression without regarding obsession. We have sown wealth without regarding health. The seduction of advancement, competition and greed has corrupted us. We have created systems based upon errant premises. We have surrendered the true "spirit of competition" in exchange for the "spirit of conquest." We've allowed many of the systems we've created to redefine morality and compromise our core spiritual values. Spirit requires guidance. Without establishing boundaries and limits a spirit's purpose can operates in an unbridled way and usurp authority it does not have. When the bubble is out of balance all of the inhabitants in the bubble can be affected or infected as well.

Today globalization has become a common reality. Although globalization has existed for centuries it is much more significant then its ever been. Whatever happens anywhere has the propensity to effect everywhere. Columbus sailed the ocean blue in fourteen hundred ninety two. Only organizations like countries or kingdoms were capable of having a global impact. During the industrial revolution we saw organizations like companies and businesses expand globally. It has only been recently in the last two centuries that small interests, even single individuals can have a global effect. The "spirit of global power" has finally been realized by many dictators and rulers throughout the world. What was attempted in the past militarily is now quite possible economically. Global companies unregulated have the capacity to put most other smaller companies out of business. Getting our readers to realize that we are all living within the same shared bubble was the focus of our post on November 1st of 2019 before the virus spread across the planet. Although we elaborated on the threat of a pandemic it was not what we expected. "Chicken Little Noah and the art of Ark Building," should have served as a warning!Never-the-less we had no great expectations prior to that because it seemed that even after the September 5th post of 2019 no one recognized "The 800 pound gorilla with pet elephants in the room." As a planet we are all in this together. Unfortunately we have neglected to properly consider the effects we face today upon our animal, insect and plant life. As stated before, these present pandemic conditions are just one in a series of events this planet will experience before finding a new balance. Besides dealing with this present plague we are actively poisoning our people, plants and planet with plastics. It is high time for humans to rethink about how to better manage our relationship with the other species of our planet. The spirit in which we exploit our earthly resources has become abusive! We breed, hunt or kill animals strictly for our fashions robbing them of their skin and fur. Re-examining everything from our fisheries to our farms, herds and all other corralling, gathering, harvesting or marketing techniques is paramount. Because of our increased close and continued unnatural human interactions with so many animals a "Pandora's Box" of species spill over is occurring. Zoonotic events like rabies, Lyme disease, west Nile virus, and corona-viruses are becoming common pathogens across a globalized planet. Mutations and normal evolutionary processes are combining into a one two knock out punch. Viruses adapt to survive like everything else. Whatever a virus has to do to survive, it will do, as long as we provide the necessary environment for it to flourish. This is simply "natural selection" in process and progress. Corrupting our ecosystem affects all plants, insects and animals! When will we ever learn. Both our international and local political postures have provided viruses and contagions of all kinds an ideal environment to flourish. ​

SURVIVAL SKILLS FOR THE SEQUENTIAL SUNAMIS

 We would be remiss in our calling if we didn't offer alternatives and/or solutions for these dilemmas. There are practices and principles that must be observed in order to properly negotiate the obstacles we all face. We will need real leaders, not cheerleaders to guide us through the maze of problems that will present themselves to us at an ever accelerating rate. The spirit in which we meet these challenges will determine our success. One of the main principles to observe will be the "law of subtraction." It is more like boiling down 40 parts of sap to produce one part of syrup. The solutions will be found primarily in what we don't do or stop doing rather then what we add or implement in our attempt to resolve our current situation. Of course when a safe and effective vaccine becomes available we'll promote it. However in the mean time their are certain things we need to stop doing along with other things we need to resume doing on a prolonged consistent basis. We have been "proscribing" abstinence and some level of retrogression throughout this time of crisis.  WE MUST CHANGE THE SPIRIT IN WHICH WE DEAL WITH THESE CALAMITIES FROM REACTIVE TO PROACTIVE. The new "Cluster 5" INFECTIONS IN DENMARK may mark the beginning of a newly evolving and mutated version of this virus. This adds another layer to immunity that our current antibodies and t-cells may not recognize. Without becoming overly alarmed we are obligated to report that the potential for the need of a second vaccine may occur. Mutations that can be spread between different species of animals and humans are considered zoonotic diseases. Introductions, accidental releases, relocation or mass farming of wild (not domesticated) animals always seems to mess up the balance within our bubble. The history of ecology is replete with multiple examples of disasters caused by human indiscretion. We always tamper with ecology at our own peril. This is why we are experiencing the mess we're in! As our government prepares for a "mass casualty event" it will be evidenced by multiple refrigerated trucks for the storage of corpses along with an increasing number of field hospitals alongside testing or tracking stations. These are the "signs of the time," they should not be overlooked or ignored. The handwriting is now on the wall!

Every life form has its own intelligence, mission and purpose. This applies to viruses as well. They are created and designed to do what they do. We must deal with them on their terms not ours. They do not spread themselves we spread them! Our best defense against this virus is to be proactive not reactive. What we don't do is as important as what we do, do. Viruses attack us at the cellular level. Our immune system is tasked with defending our bodies and destroying invaders. A weakened immune system leaves us more vulnerable to the effects of an attack. Our immune system is maintained and strengthened by the amount of vitamin D our bodies absorb and convert from sunlight. Unfortunately our lifestyles, especially in the winter time tend to limit our exposure to sunshine. EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO PRODUCE MORE MELANIN IN THE SKIN WHICH IS THE MAIN DETERMINATE FOR DARKER SKIN PIGMENTATION SHOULD TAKE A MINIMUM OF 2000 IU'S OF VITAMIN D DAILY. The darker our skin is the more it protects us from the harmful UV rays of the sun but the less vitamin D we absorb. TAKE A ZINC SUPPLEMENT EVERY DAY. This is what President Trump did but we don't know what dosage. Another step to take that minimizes the spread of germs (including this virus) is to keep our germs to ourselves and encourage others to do the same. It is such a shame that a country which has the word "united" as a part of its name  is divided over simply wearing a mask in public around fellow citizens. We know not to cough or sneeze upon one another. The next level of germ safety is not to breathe on one another. ITS BOTH COURTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE TO WEAR A MASK IN PUBLIC. Along with these steps we also suggest that everyone take certain measures to reduce their exposure to viral loads. Viral loads deal with the the quantity of virus in a given volume of fluid. By exploring the practice of GARGLING WITH LISTERINE and a few other recommended oral washes we can reduce the severity of viral infection. No, this is not a cure for the virus. This is a precautionary step we all can practice and unite behind. Interestingly enough, just by OBSERVING THE 6:15 DISTANCE/TIMING RULE we can reduce the likelihood of contracting and spreading this disease. No, 6:15 is not a time of day, it is a length and time. 6:15 represents the recommended distance we should keep between people to lower risk of exposure in the same way 15 minutes is the limit or maximum time we should allow ourselves to be at risk during any 24 hour period. Please keep in mind that there is nothing magic about six feet. In the same way, there is nothing magic about 15 minutes. These should be used as rough estimates to indicate the types of contact that are relatively higher risk. Common sense along with our health care professionals warns us to avoid crowds. WHAT ABOUT ELEVATOR ETIQUETTE? Fortunately, just by keeping the 6:15 D/T rule and keeping our naked fingers off of the buttons, rails and other surfaces we can once again minimize our exposure. There is no magic bullet, but we do have these weapons which can be used proactively to combat the spread of this virus. REMEMBER THAT OUR HANDS, SPACE, FACE AND TO VENTILATE ARE KEY. The spirit, attitude/behavior/consciousness in which we respond with as a planet will determine how effective we are and how long it takes to get past the calamities we have brought upon ourselves. There is no one person, nation or practice we can blame exclusively. There is no them, you or I we can point our finger at. This is a we problem, and unless we collectively battle it together we will individually succumb to our own vices. Yet in the midst of all of this grim news THERE IS A RAY OF HOPE EMERGING as there appears to be several vaccines that may be available to the general public by the middle of 2021. Although this may mitigate our current viral crisis be prepared to deal with multiple long term effects from this virus for years to come. Remember to keep in mind that we are "all" in this together. "All" includes plants, insects and animals. The balance within the bubble is spiritual, ecological, physiological, ecological, biological and more. Lets work together to insure that our future responses are executed in a scientifically logical way. Raping and poisoning the planet on behalf of jobs and profits is just wrong. There has to be a better way. If we look for it, we can find it! THIS PRESENT PANDEMIC WILL NOT BE OVER FOR ANY OF US UNTIL ITS OVER FOR ALL OF US!
