WE LIVE IN A UNIVERSE OF LAWS, COMMANDMENTS AND RULES. THERE ARE BOTH NATURAL AND SPIRITUAL LAWS OPERATING IN ALL OF EXISTENCE THAT MAKE OUR LIVES POSSIBLE. THERE ARE COMMANDMENTS IMPOSED UPON US, AND THERE ARE RULES GIVEN TO US. MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE ARE LAWS THAT GOVERN EVERYTHING. THESE THREE TERMS ARE SYNONYMOUS WITH ORDINANCES, EDICTS AND DECREES. THEY ARE ALL RELATED AND OFTEN INTERCHANGED, BUT EACH OF THEM HAS UNIQUE DIFFERENCES. A LAW IS SOMETHING THAT IS LAID DOWN AND FIXED. LIKE GRAVITY AND OTHER LAWS OF PHYSICS, WE ARE SUBJECT TO THEIR WORKINGS, BOUNDS AND LIMITATIONS.

WE BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE SPECIFIC LAWS THAT OPERATE IN DIFFERENT REALMS OF EXISTENCE. WHENEVER WE OBEY COMMANDMENTS, WE WILL ALSO KEEP OURSELVES ALIGNED WITH LAWS, EVEN IF WE ARE IGNORANT OF HOW THOSE LAWS REALLY WORK! BY FOLLOWING RULES, WHICH ARE GENERALLY MAN-MADE LAWS, WE CALL REGULATIONS; BEHAVIOR, ORDER AND SOVEREIGNTY IS FIRMLY ESTABLISHED. SO MANY OF US SEE LAWS, COMMANDMENTS AND RULES AS THE SAME THING, BUT THEY ARE DIFFERENT. UNFORTUNATELY, ALL OF THESE TERMS ARE USED INTERCHANGEABLY. THEREFORE, WITHOUT BEING PEDANTIC, WE HAVE DEVISED A SIMPLE SAYING THAT DELINEATES THEIR DIFFERENCES.
LAWS LIMIT US, WHILE COMMANDMENTS COMPEL US AND RULES SET OUR STANDARDS. GOVERNMENTS RELY ON "RULE OF LAW." BUT THE LAW OF THE LORD IS PERFECT! AS A RESULT, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, CONSISTING OF TWO DO'S AND EIGHT DON'TS, WILL BE OUR GOLDEN STANDARD! THE DO'S AND DON'TS IN THIS POST ARE ALL ABOUT HOW WE APPLY THESE THINGS IN OUR DAILY LIVES.

THE 10 COMMANDMENTS ARE A DIVINE DIRECTORY OF DO'S & DON'TS
ALL OF THE THINGS DISCUSSED WITHIN THIS POSTS ARE PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS
, ACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES TO DO OR TO STOP DOING! THESE POSTS ARE ALWAYS BASED ON SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES DERIVED FROM BIBLICALLY SOUND SOURCES. BEWARE OF BRUNO AKA THE TRUTH.

TODAY WE ARE BEING DECEIVED BY LYING SPIRITS THAT HAVE IMPACTED AND INFLUENCED OUR LEADERSHIP. WE ARE LIVING THROUGH AN EPIDEMIC OF DIETARY DISEASES, HABITAT POISONING, AUTONOMOUS ADAPTATIONS WITH MEDIA AND MARKETING MANIA. THIS HAS A GLOBAL IMPACT THAT IS SPREADING THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. IT IS OUR ENVIRONMENT, ETHICS AND PRACTICES THAT ARE THE FUNDAMENTAL DRIVERS OF OUR DESTINY. THESE FACTORS ALSO DETERMINE HOW WE LIVE OUR LIVES. WE ARE SPIRITUAL BEINGS EXISTING IN HUMAN BODIES GOVERNED BY A SEAT OF CONSCIOUSNESS (OUR SOULS) WHICH FOLLOW A STANDARD WE LEARN THEN INNATELY ADHERE TO. THAT STANDARD CANNOT BE MEASURED BY OUR RATIONALE OR FEELINGS. IT MUST BE MEASURED STRICTLY BY GOD'S WORD. THE QUALITY OF OUR EXISTENCE IS PREDICATED UPON WHAT WE DO AND WHAT WE DON'T DO. OUR DETERMINATION NOT TO BE DECEIVED WILL MAKE OUR "CALLING AND ELECTION SURE." IT IS OUR DUTY TO CONSTANTLY EXAMINE "WHETHER WE BE IN THE FAITH" BY MAKING SURE OUR  BELIEFS, PRACTICES AND PRINCIPLES MEASURE UP TO GOD'S STANDARD. FOLLOWING THE TRUTH WHEREVER IT LEADS IS OUR FATE! BUT HARD TRUTHS ARE BETTER THAN COMFORTING FANTASIES!

Do we remember to monitor our minds? Within our interconnected universe each individual entity is in some way associated with or some how related to everything else. The mind, as a sense, senses and makes sense of what all of our other senses are telling us. The way our minds communicate speaks volumes about how our minds are controlled. Our minds must be meticulously managed! The mind is a terrible thing to waste. The mental manipulation from multiple multimedia sources are manifesting in our every day interactions. Humming a tune without knowing the lyrics embeds a melody that carries a meaning whether we know it or not. Too many of us are unwittingly indulging in meditating on malicious content subconsciously. This is one of the reasons why the Bible admonishes us to be aware and in control of how our minds are occupied. Even how we speak to ourselves and others. "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;" We must mind our mental health or mind our demise. There's the scripture for that read it!
Picture
Don't believe things by what they appear to be or what's seen, question everything! Always question derived or traditional labels and definitions. Do not accept things based on face value even if instructed or taught to do so. For example: what we consider to be a main dish versus a side dish is actually backwards from what it should be. Fruits, grains and vegetables should compose the lions share of our diet especially as we age. A study by Oxford University discovered that plant-based eating is actually the most rewarding and affordable diet. It also found that a vegan diet reduced food costs by up to one-third due to the use of whole foods over meat and meat replacements. Anyone familiar with the biblical account of creation knows that man was not designed to eat meat. We became carnivorous after disobeying God! For several decades now, research has consistently found that a vegetarian diet, that is mainly made up of fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes and wholegrains, can reduce our risk of major diseases and help us live longer. At first we eat to live then we live to eat. There's scripture for this to read. The Bible puts it this way: "Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats." The temptations pitched to us today appeal to how things can make us appear or feel. Looks and emotions are enticing characteristics that charm our egos and stimulate our vanity. Just because something is intriguing and legally or technically allowed doesn't mean it's morally or spiritually appropriate. When we become slaves to our lusts and whims not only do we see it in what we feed our bodies, but also in what we feed our minds and spirit.

Never underestimate the power of touch! No words can make feelings as palpable as the human touch. We first experience the world through touch. Before our eyesight or hearing was fully developed our sense of touch was the primary preceptor for communicating. Touch was the very first language we learned and is a basic biological need. Although correlation is not necessarily causation it is important to know that social distancing and mental health disorders work hand in hand. Touch is a very rewarding sensation that conveys love and compassion as well as aggression. Just the recognition of a hand being reached out towards us creates a temporary connection and relationship with that person. This may be why so many of us feel compelled to give to beggars on the street. Touch is essential. After birth, touch stabilizes breathing, body temperature and blood sugar levels. Physical closeness and touch stimulate the development of spiritual, physical, psychological and social skills. We are moving towards an increasingly diminishing tactile world. Particles and waves are being substituted with zeros and ones. Although this may seem minor it is important to know that particles and waves are the actual "substance" of both light and sound, while zero's and one's are just the representation of their natural forms. The amount of information within a facial expression or gesture requires only a split instance to convey but can be indefinitely reinterpreted or misunderstood. Meeting someone in person should always be the final and most weighty part of any decision making process. As spiritual beings in human bodies we have the capacity to feel, sense and transmit energy within some realms of shared ether. The full picture cannot always be detected during a virtual interview, seen on a display or screened by a computer program. Meeting someone in person is a "spiritual exchange" that is very underappreciated. The absence of touch forms invisible barriers that deter and destroy social bonds. Couples in marriages that don't touch regularly are missing out on one of its major benefits. The reduction in tactile exchange between machines and the humans who operate them is also giving many of us a false sense of familiarity and trust. The feel of a car used to be closely related to the vibrations produced by the engine, exhaust and transmission. Today's electric vehicles and even many of the traditionally gas powered editions run so quiet and smooth that it is harder for our senses to engage in their vibratory rhythms as they operate. Yes, everything has a vibration, a rhythm and/or a feel to it. Whether it is animate or inanimate everything exists and operates in the ether of an interconnected world. Talking is a vibratory means of communicating texting is not. Emoji's are symbols designed to reflect feelings. Voices carry the actual embodiment of feelings within their volume and tone. Remember "saying" always plays second fiddle to "showing" which only plays second fiddle to "the tactile way it is shown." Touch works two ways. The person doing the touching and the person being touched share the touch. This can create a harmonious exchange or violate social boundaries. Jesus knew when he had been touched in a certain way. "And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. Touch ALWAYS creates a much deeper emotional connection and can be used as such! When we stay in touch with one another, whenever God touches one of our lives, all of us can feel it.

Don't buy into digital intelligence (A.I.) it emulates and impersonates but cannot duplicate the spirit of life's exchanges. We've been slowly suckered into believing in and relying on electronic communication over the past century. Initially the vibratory, tactile nature of these communications, that is their analog wave forms, mimicked natures traditional patterns. Going from waves to ones (1's) and zeros (0's), analog to digital was a big deal which accelerated an already booming technology industry. We are living in a time as prophesied in the book of Daniel the 12th chapter. It predicted that knowledge (data), which is the most valuable commodity exchanged today would drastically increase. Most people do not do enough to protect their image or voice. Speaking to apps rather than typing or writing has supplanted our typical way of interfacing with them. The average person has given enough voice and imaging data through their phone and computer interactions than they realize. Deep fakes are only the beginning of the exploits and woes that will be abused by nefarious operators. Social engineering starts at the user level the moment we turn our devices on. Autonomous social engineering is built into the algorithms and programs we execute on a daily basis. Social engineering is basically the ability to manipulate someone into sharing information or taking actions that they otherwise would not.  We can anticipate more and more breeches in our lives from outside sources taking advantage of the inside information that we unwittingly fail to protect.

Don't trust a desire. Never allow our appetites to become the predominate sense that overrides all others. There is no no sense in living a lifestyle that is bad for our health!  This is how people get addicted, dependent and fat. Our sense of pride, worth, appearance, altruism, health, wellbeing and other qualities should always take precedence over natural appetites, attractions, desires and lusts. We've all had occasion to overeat. Although our stomachs kept signaling to us that we were full somehow the taste buds in our mouth kept us indulging them. We often chose good taste over good food by eating bad foods that taste good. When judgement is delayed our hearts are hardened and we don't quit while we're ahead. "Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." When our desires override common sense choices, we will smoke in spite of lung issues, we will drink alcohol although we already have liver issues, we will indulge in or participate in practices that compromise other health concerns. We should never allow our addictions and appetites to be our god's! Try reading the scriptures behind this.

Please Do heed life's lessons, it allows our hearts not to be hardened. Never underestimate what the witnesses that life sends us and speaks to us through. Hear what they are telling us. The handwriting on the wall reveals truth about us all. It is always easier to look into others than it is to see into ourselves. Understanding what makes others tick shows that we are smart. Understanding what's behind the things that make ourselves tick demonstrates that we are wise. "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." That's the scripture.
Don't call names. We should never degrade ourselves or other people with name calling. Names become labels that assign and describe the recipients in terms of the abasement. Titles represent content. As with books, a "title" is a designation of what's inside. The name we call something gives us the authority to see it that way. If we see it as an animal, we can treat it as an animal. No wonder black slaves were considered less than human! That's one reason behind why they were treated that way. "But whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire." That's scripture!
Never underestimate the power or the capacity to find what we're searching for within the human mind. Our personal "search engines" are a reflection of an organ within our brain called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). The RAS is a bundle of nerves at our brainstem that is responsible for filtering the massive amount of information that our sensory organs constantly throw at it. When we begin to pay attention to something it seems that we begin to notice more of what we've begun to pay attention to, than ever before. After buying a certain brand of anything it's common to notice them wherever we go. This along with confirmation bias and computer algorithms predisposes us to reinforce beliefs that affect perspectives. "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." There is psychology in this scripture.

Don't get caught up in or fall for what society currently calls and defines as beauty! All of nature is beautiful. “Beauty is bought by judgment of the eye.” This is the sentiment expressed by Shakespeare. Beauty lies and is found within the eye of the beholder! This also is true. Whether we are quoting Plato or Margaret Wolfe Hungerford, any and every intelligent individual should know that what might be deemed as aesthetically pleasing changes. What we consider to be pleasing or pungent in appearance is highly subjective. All of creation was formed beautifully. Nothing in nature is without its own unique and attractive attributes. Much of what we call alluring, appealing, appetizing, beguiling, captivating, enchanting, enticing, seductive and many other flattering terms is suggestively learned through brainwashing, conditioning and grooming processes. Women are naturally prettier than men! From the late 20th century till now we have gradually perverted the modesty of natural beauty by lowering standards of decency. Our ignorance and lusts, influenced both by cultural shifts and increased representation, has made nakedness fashionable. Although the fashion and beauty industry has become more inclusive, embracing different body types, skin tones, and styles; today anything goes! The allure and attractiveness of the female figure alone is enough to alter decisions, derail determinations and persuade promises. The murder of John the Baptist came as the result of an exotic dance so titillating that the king was willing to commit murder in exchange for visual pleasure. The lust of the eyes of a king cost John the Baptist his head. In the early decades, the curvaceous figures of stars like Marilyn Monroe were celebrated as the epitome of allure. However, as the century progressed, a more slender and youthful aesthetic began to dominate popular culture. Now curves and shapes of all dimensions are being flaunted. Women by natural design are physically and symmetrically quite beautiful. Their curvaceous figures are often imitated by gay men. A woman's appearance carries great power. They are so enchanting that even dancing through a veil can excite and incite men. In many cultures a women's physical attributes are traditionally kept hidden beneath the apparel they wear. This is done in order to prevent men from succumbing to their innate weaknesses as Adam did. The idea of a weaker sex is a misnomer. Although men are generally physically stronger, it is the only category they have an advantage in. While men are stronger when it comes to muscle strength, women are more powerful when it comes to endurance training.

is FINDING WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EASIER SAID THAN DONE?

The idiom 'easier said than done' reportedly originated from a book entitled "Vulgaria Terentii," written by Terentius sometime After in 1483. The original phrase was “It is easier to say than to do”. There are other origins cited, but we'll use this one. We are inclined take a small exception to the meaning of this idiom. In our economy there are three stages to manifesting, namely thought, word and action (doing). Although "accomplishing" what we think or say is generally the hardest part of all stages, making a plan is an easy first step of action. Easier said than accomplishing, seems to be a more accurate way of putting it. When it comes to intentions, unfulfilled promises and half-hearted efforts people tend to use this phrase as an excuse. We don't know what the originator of this phrase actually had in mind but the act of "looking" is always a good first step, even if the search is unsuccessful. In the grand scheme of things, when it comes down to "easier said than done;" talking may not be much but it's still doing something!

we'RE DAMMED IF WE do AND DAMMED IF WE  don't.
MAKE SURE NOT TO DO THE DON'TS AND TO DO THE DO'S

It's more than what
traditions say
We have a choice
To defy or obey

Don't waste time. We should never turn our backs on tomorrow by wasting today. Time is all we have, but it is not ours. We can use it, mind it, abuse it and waste it; but we only have so much of it. Taking advantage of the unknown amount of time we have is smart. Living as if we know that our time is limited is wise. Here's a scripture for that click on the link and read it!  The Bible admonishes us to redeem time because the days are evil.
Don't stop breathing! As natural as breathing is, it is good to "practice breathing." The expression, "stop and take a deep breath," has historical roots. Controlled breathing can cause physiological changes in blood pressure. It also affects our heart rate, stress hormones in the blood, lactic acid build-up in muscle tissue, levels of oxygen to carbon dioxide in the blood, immune system functioning and physical energy. The physiological, psychological and spiritual applications associated with breathing are immense. In the Bible, breathing is a powerful representation of God's Spirit and all of life. Breathing is an autonomous function that doesn't require conscious thought. The Bible explains how God's Spirit flows through our every breath and how man became a living soul.
“The importance of breathing need hardly be stressed. It provides the
oxygen for the metabolic processes; literally it supports the fires of life.
But breath as "pneuma" is also the spirit or soul. We live in an ocean of
air like fish in a body of water. By our breathing we are attuned to our
atmosphere. If we inhibit our breathing we isolate ourselves from the
medium in which we exist. In all Oriental and mystic philosophies, the
breath holds the secret to the highest bliss.
That is why breathing is the dominant factor in the practice of Yoga.
”
~Alexander Lowen, The Voice of the Body
Don't confuse stereotypes with traditions. Stereotypes are a widely held but fixed and oversimplified images or ideas of a particular type of person or thing. Traditions are the transmission of customs or beliefs passed from generation to generation, or the fact of being conveyed forward in this way. Traditions can be transmitted particularly as a doctrine believed to have divine authority without necessarily being backed by scripture. "Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition."
Do not surrender to fear through tears. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." There's a scripture for that, read it! Tears carry and release energy. The energy and purpose behind tears can differ. There are tears that protect and lubricate (basal tears). There are tears that flush and remove debris (irritant tears). There are tears that arise from strong feelings of empathy, compassion, physical pain, attachment pains, and moral or sentimental causes (emotional tears). Crying can be a good thing. We cry for grief, happiness, joy, remorse, repentance, sadness and other causes. Crying can be faked or genuine. God can ignore or respond to the energy of tears. There are scriptures for all that, read them. "Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard."  "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

Don't underestimate the effects of music and sound. Words carry spirit and music adds energy to words. All sounds operate in and at various frequencies. Each of these frequencies correspond to and with physical and tangible movements and manifestations. The vibrations that compose sound can resonate with actions, feelings and thoughts. Music arranges multiple sounds into audible energies that can be used in constructive and destructive ways. Historically, there have been both Greek thinkers and other past civilizations that have held that good music disposes man to virtue whereas bad music disposes man to vice. Music has been used in praise and worship as well as in conflict and war. In sports, especially combat sports, certain types of music are used to motivate and stimulate athletes to perform their best. Music soothes the savage beast! Music can also incite fear in the hearts of the hearers. Most commercials have music. At minimum advertisements find a jingle that can be associated with them. Most programs and performances have background music that caters to the atmosphere or mood they desire to create. Singing to a baby can sooth their mood and calm them down. In the Bible, when King Saul was troubled by an evil spirit, the music David played upon his harp refreshed the king and drove that spirit away. Click this link and read about it.

Do as much as possible to support local farms. Try to consume as many locally produced products as possible. Local honey fights local allergies. Local Bees get their pollen from the local plants that they produce medicinal effects from. Pure honey is not a man made product. Honey has antibacterial, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and moisturizing properties. By having that local honey, we are helping our bodies to better fight those local seasonal allergies which could be the very allergens which we react to.  A spoonful a day keeps the allergies away! "But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day." At the end of the day, we are in business to make money by serving the needs of others. Profit is the necessary byproduct of doing business. The motive behind all business, commerce and labor should be a balance of profiting and providing.

Do as much as possible to eliminate and minimize plastic within every environment possible. Look around, it's everywhere! From fixtures to phones to packaging and furniture plastic rules. Plastic is soon to be the number one man made material on the planet once it conquers steel and cement. Plastics are made from natural materials such as cellulose, coal, natural gas, salt and crude oil through a polymerisation or polycondensation process. The chemical process used to convert from "mono to poly" takes only three steps. Plastics are derived from natural, organic materials such as cellulose, coal, natural gas, salt and, of course, crude oil. Research suggests that all plastics may leach chemicals if they're scratched or heated. Research also strongly suggests that at certain exposure levels, some of the chemicals in these products, such as bisphenol A (BPA), may cause cancer in people. So then why is plastic proliferated so widely? It's cheap, easy, strong, lightweight and profitable. And to think that the vast majority of plastic is not recycled! More plastics "may" or "may not" mean more cancers but it certainly means more money. Don't underestimate the proliferation of plastic. Microplastics have invade both our food and water supply. Over 95% of microplastics can be removed from tap water by boiling it and pouring it through a fine mesh strainer. Don't put any plastics in a microwave, use glass! The connection between the prevalence of cancers and the increase of plastics in society is real. However, it is important to remember that correlation does not necessarily indicate causation! Never-the-less to be on the safe side limit plastics whenever possible. "For the love of money is the root of all evil." And that's Bible, which preceded plastics.

Do keep an open mind! Don't get addicted to things or thoughts. We live in a new generation of junkies. Today people are hooked on more than just drugs. There is a fresh list of the new addictions including the traditional drugs permeating society. Today we must wrestle against bootlegged beliefs, habits, ideologies, and substances that promote psychological, physical and spiritual addictions in a lascivious society. Sobriety must be maintained in mind, body and spirit." For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." We face enemies on three separate fronts! We are battling against the devil, we are at war against a worldly system of corruption and we must face our iniquities while fighting against the nature of our own flesh. There is a "God consciousness" that sets the "spirit of the standard" representative of the gospel. To have a God consciousness we must first have a knowledge of God! It is through the knowledge of God's calling that we are able to have our understanding opened enough to be partakers in God's "divine nature." Without God's word, works and ways we would not be able affiliate ourselves with his consciousness in spirit and in truth. Even Jesus' disciples needed their understanding of God's scriptures and God's ways opened up to them. How else would they have known what to do on the day of Pentecost and all through out the Acts of the Apostles?
Picture
Do separate the noise from the news. Distinguishing the news form the noise is an art. There are principles we can use to assist us in determining which is which. There are times when the news is produced by noise and times when the noise comes as a result of the news. The news is more significant than the noise although sometimes the noise may be given more attention than the news that produced it. Ignoring the noise is not wise. Ignored noise creates rumors. Rumors are currently circulating stories or reports of uncertain or doubtful truths. The character of a country, organization or people can be largely determined by the rumors they believe and circulate. The bible says that "A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue." Rumors are like candy, snacks, sweets and dainty morsels that satisfy the tongue but are not good for the body. Yet because they appeal to our appetite we engage in them. The ninth commandment is "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor."
Don't become a couch potato! Let's get up off of our assets. Habitually sitting for more than thirty minutes at a time increases our risk of early death from any cause. Now we know that the actual position of lying down for long periods of time is actually dangerous to our health! Preadipocyte cells, which are fat cell precursors, change into fat cells more quickly and crank out even more fat when we lie down or sit down. Any extended period of siting or resting horizontally where we relax our weight on any part of our bodies are referred to as times of "mechanical stretching loads." Being inactive causes our bodies to create more fat within our already-existing fat cells, so that the cells themselves become larger. Constantly allowing our muscles to  relax  and place unrestricted pressure on our bodies cells causes fat cells to spread out and grow bigger. Let's not waste the best days of our lives through laziness. "He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster." Retirement is the opportunity to do all the things we've wanted to do at our own pace and in our own time. "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest."
Do more to develop and maintain meaningful and supportive relationships. Loneliness is as deadly as smoking. Good relationships make us happier and healthier. Cosmetic surgery and facelifts are not the answer, just the trend. Too many doctors have abandoned their calling for healing. They have replaced it with a calling, backed by "the love of money," which prioritizes surgeries and techniques that can make features cosmetically appealing. The four keys to longevity are social, purpose, exercise and diet; S.P.E.D. Keep friends, even cats, dogs and plants will do. Maintain goals and go after them. Develop good eating habits. Get out and do things. A godly life will include all of these qualities. "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."
