Yes, it's a new year but do we need new beginnings or fresh starts? The journey began long ago So we can't go back to that original spot, place or state. Begin again, really! Why relive the steps of the past? Learn from it yes. Recreate it no. We are the sum of all our experiences; that is failures, faults, and achievements. The proper perspective of this fact is healthy both spiritually and emotionally. Our eyesight may reveal exactly where we are but our insight will reveal exactly how far we've come. This race is a marathon started long ago, we desire revival and renewal not restarts. In reality we only start from scratch the very first time. The effect of past experiences affect new enlightenment towards previously unrecognized means and opportunity. Even if we bring previously unsuccessful dated thinking and behaviors into our new ventures and experiences, life helps us to grow and evolve. Don't worry, it's beautiful "life" will see to it! The lessons we fail to learn return. We do not have to go back to find them they will recycle and find us.
We are all products of our environment, heredity and teaching. No one is completely self made. We are an interdependent species. It is our shared thoughts that create expanded thought. Today's understandings are clouded from yesterdays beliefs. Higher goals require the same effort as new ones. This journey calls for us to reach beyond the limits of our present sight. It's only new to us if we didn't previously see it. Which does not mean that it wasn't there all along. New solutions will be found through new thinking and new applications of already existing principles. Things seem old when we do them repeatedly, but things get old when we do them constantly and they don't appear to work. Life is impartial & without bias. More importantly life is progressive. We are obliged to move forward in step with it. We will not solve tomorrows challenges with the thinking or consciousness of today. Progress is inevitable. Today's accelerated rate of change demands that we evolve with it. The most appealing fixed state of conditions and relationships in our lives is not a true reflection of what life is really about. Our idea of reality may not necessarily be in line with true reality. life is a process of transition. Everything and everybody goes through changes. Our perception of the vicissitudes in life determine our response to them. When we regard dilemmas or failures as setbacks we negatively predict their outcome. To see them as undesirable issues simply perpetuates our expectation of unwanted results. Life will always present challenges. We must envision success. The obstacles we face are under our control the moment we take control of them. How we see them determines how we face them. Stumbling blocks and stepping stones are basically the same obstacle, you trip over one and stand on the other. We can celebrate whatever we accomplish by raising the bar a little higher each time we succeed. Interdependence is the highest level of human existence. There is an old african proverb that says, "if you want to go fast go alone." If you want to go far go together. There is no fate but what we make. It may be hard to predict exactly what might happen as things change. It is easier to anticipate what may happen if things remain the same. Progress is a cumulative ongoing process. We'll can make tweaks and adjustments that shape the future by evaluating events in our past. The effect will affect the world.

AuthorJoseph W. Brown has been a small business owner, in the technology industry, for over 40 years. He operates as an ITA. An Integrated Technologies Aggregator practices the art of first assembling, next correlating and then finally corroborating various facts from distinct disciplines. Once this is completed, an "ITA" illustrates how these different fields of study are connected. It culminates in presenting inconclusive but irrefutable evidence of the relationships between biological, chemical, electrical, environmental, monetary, physical, psychological, social and SPIRITUAL principles. He strives to present evidence in a cohesive, practical & simplistic manner. Joseph is an unconventional and unique speaker & writer. He describes himself as a natural man with the sensitivity of a spiritual maven. He is an apologist and spiritual scientist. Joseph insists that we "find" motivation from within by getting inspiration from without. He endeavors to provide that inspiration through applying various Bible based principles. As the author & founder of The Magnetic Model, Rapid Retail Systems & NitchTechnologies.com. Mr. Brown is available to speak to groups of all sizes. (small & large) He will only speak on a "Subject." He relies on the principle of "shedding light" to empower individuals to address their own particular "Situations." These are the tools to create "Solutions."
