DON'T FOLLOW DREAMS INTERPRET THEM!There's a lot of hype and misinformation regarding dreams these days. It is important to properly distinguish dreams from aspirations, callings, desires, feelings, imaginations, lusts, thoughts and wishes. Dreams are defined as mental, emotional, or sensory experiences that take place during sleep. The key word here is sleep. This implies an unconscious, if not subconscious, autonomous, involuntary event. Dreams carry interpretations and meanings that specifically relate to a past or future time. The fact is that although dreams are an internal private phenomenon, their genesis comes from external origins and/or sources. Dreams along with "words" have the capacity to span the gap between our natural and spiritual realms of existence. Dreams carry a personal message that is usually played out in public at an event, forum or occurrence to come. Dreams are the most common and intense during REM sleep when brain activity increases, but no one knows why for sure. Our wildest dreams are usually not that wild. Many of our dreams lack meaning and can be pretty strange. Do dreams come true? If so, that implies that dreams are generally associated with the future. Many songs referencing our dreams are actually about our mission and callings. So, what are the significance of our dreams? Dreams are a spiritual experience in the sense that they have no physical origin to them. The physical and psychological aspects of our existence must periodically rejuvenate, recover or sleep. The spirit never rests. Sometimes God choses to communicate with us through dreams when our attention can no longer be distracted by everyday life. Dreams by design are meant to warn and enable us rather than create fear or cripple us. The context of their expression is not about dream careers, dream cars, dream homes or dream achievements. Dreams are more about awareness and understanding than anything else. Although we "have" dreams, they actually "come" to us. It is not known exactly where in the brain dreams assemble, form or originate. They seem to have multiple purposes at both the physical and psychological aspect of our existence. Dreams are a complex combination of biological, emotional and spiritual interactions occurring in the brain during sleep. We cannot dream without sleeping. Dreaming is not something directly under our control. Many sayings regarding dreams are deceptive. There is no such thing as the "American dream." There are simply dreams we have in America. Nightmares are not dreams! Spirits often infiltrate our thoughts and attempt to corruption us wherever they can, including within our dreams. THERE ARE MULTIPLE STORIES IN THE BIBLE AND THROUGHOUT ALL OF LITERATURE INVOLVING DREAMS. WE WILL TOUCH ON THE SPIRITUAL, PSYCHIC AND LITERAL ASPECTS OF THIS PHENOMENA.THESE ARE SOME OF THE EXCERPTS FROM OUR SESSION OF THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSITIONS WORK-SPACE ON 8-21-16 What is a dream? Where do they come from? When are they created? Why do we have them? Does everybody have them? Do any or all of them have meanings? We have discovered some answers to these questions. We can reach many objective accurate assessments if we are honest with ourselves. Anyone that dreams has to go to sleep. Dreamers need an imagination and a memory. There is no level of expertise required to talk about or interpret dreams. This is one area everyone is qualified to discuss. Let's describe some things we all can agree to about dreams. Dreams are creations. They have a virtual/imaginary origin that applies to and interfaces with our real existence. By definition a dream is a succession of images, ideas, emotions and sensations that usually occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. One hypothesis defines dreaming as a way to act out unconscious desires in a safe or "unreal" setting. Presumably to do so in reality would be unacceptable or even detrimental. Once a dream is known it can be owned. This implies that just having a dream is simple, anybody can do it. The next step is to own the dream. Only after this occurs can we live out the dreams. Although dreams manifest as depicted acts, programs or stories outside of reality they can have real effects on our lives. We can find it convenient to classify dreams as one of two types. The first category is either lucid or involuntary dreams that occur during sleep. The second category is a desirable state or condition we hope to achieve through conscious awareness and effort. Both categories appear to coexist and give expression to one another. The safety of the "type one" dream gives us the ability to pursue any "type two" dream. The coexistence of our sensory faculties with our intellectual faculties, that makes anything created in our minds possible to materialize, is another way of defining a dream. The term "defining" is by no stretch of the imagination firm or fast. The examples we use are an attempt to present a focal point for the conceptualization of the idea not a definition. In fact all of the principles and concepts in our writings, should not be regarded as absolute or concrete. They are only the pictures we paint in our efforts to present that thought. AuthorJoseph W. Brown has been a small business owner, in the technology industry, for over 40 years. He operates as an ITA. An Integrated Technologies Aggregator practices the art of first assembling, next correlating and then finally corroborating various facts from distinct disciplines. Once this is completed, an "ITA" illustrates how these different fields of study are connected. It culminates in presenting inconclusive but irrefutable evidence of the relationships between biological, chemical, electrical, environmental, monetary, physical, psychological, social and SPIRITUAL principles. He strives to present evidence in a cohesive, practical & simplistic manner. Joseph is an unconventional and unique speaker & writer. He describes himself as a natural man with the sensitivity of a spiritual maven. He is an apologist and spiritual scientist. Joseph insists that we "find" motivation from within by getting inspiration from without. He endeavors to provide that inspiration through applying various Bible based principles. As the author & founder of The Magnetic Model, Rapid Retail Systems & NitchTechnologies.com. Mr. Brown is available to speak to groups of all sizes. (small & large) He will only speak on a "Subject." He relies on the principle of "shedding light" to empower individuals to address their own particular "Situations." These are the tools to create "Solutions."
