FACTS WITHOUT A FILTER

TEXT IN GREEN ARE LINKS - CLICK ON THEM

Whenever we are presented with information; beliefs, opinions and theory are generally contained within them. It is virtually impossible to relay any information without perspective. Even the Bible, authored by inspired men and hopefully women, is presented in the context of multiple perspectives. In the same respect taking in information is also filtered by our personal perspective or interpretations. Filters are a part of determining how we see life. Like glasses, the lens that we view life through determines the fuzziness, magnification and clarity we have. Hearing, listening, reading and seeing supply input to our brains. Once that input is processed in our minds, we attach feelings and emotions to them. These intangible (invisible) aspects of our personality and consciousness directly influence our beliefs and biases. No one is exempt. Most filtering occurs at a subconscious level. This means that most of us are not consciously aware of how "closed" our minds are. The Gospel of Jesus Christ was penned by four separate authors who related their experiences differently. The perspectives from a doctor, a fishermen, a tax collector and man who heard Jesus as a teenager are the composers of the first four books of the new testament. This demonstrates the broad range of perspectives illustrated within the spiritual lessons of Jesus.

WE MUST ALL LEARN HOW TO MIX THE TRUTH OF OUR FACTS INTO ONE ACCURATE "HOMOGENEOUS" TRUTH! AVOID TAKING SIDES AND ENGAGING IN DIVISIVE DEBATES.

Perspective is developed from a balance of experience (personal history), influence (training) and information (learning). Our personal perspective can be regarded as a particular attitude toward or way of seeing something. Perspectives should not be categorized as right or wrong. They cannot  be considered as absolute conclusions or immutable truths. Perspectives are like pictures or artwork. The beauty of seeing something in a particular way is simply considered a point of view. Any  judgments we make based solely upon perspective is very likely to be flawed. We can only assume that our point of view is right. When a person is doing the best that they can, no matter how we see it, we can only question their ability or competency not their intentions. A statesman attempting to perform the job of a general is very likely to fail. The logistics, order and protocols of military life require both discipline and experience. In terms of war, a politician can instigate it, but only a skilled commander can fight it effectively. Perspective is not a criteria for judgement, performance is. No matter how well or how poorly leadership responds we do not have the ability to read their minds. At best we can question a persons judgement but not their motives. In the midst of the battle it is generally advisable to concentrate exclusively on the fight and NOTHING ELSE! There will be plenty of time to make accusations and point fingers once the war is over through an "After Action Report." For now lets stay on subject without diversions, distractions or nitpicking. First get the job done. When we look or seek to criticize everything that's being tried there's no doubt that we will find something, somehow, somewhere that is wrong. Glitches need fixes, but we may not be able to see or eliminate all of them before they appear. Remember; no one, no deed, no policy, no action, no activity and nobody is perfect even if they say differently!

HERE ARE THE FACTS TO DATE WITHOUT A FILTER:
1) We are all culpable. We chose the leaders we have and we are the recipients of the trust invested in them. Unless we raised our voices and took action with our objections we cannot complain. So we MUST accept what we allowed.
2) We were late. In the same way that "a stitch in time saves nine" so does our procrastination produce our consternation. We should not be in dismay. We all had advanced notice of the potential of calamity months ago but showed apathy towards our Chinese brothers and sisters while they suffered. Think of how things could have turned out if we were really "all in this together" as a species or a planet. If every nation had pooled their resources together at the first hint of trouble we probably could have contained the pandemic and "nipped it in the bud." IT'S TRUE "united we stand and divided we fall."
3) We are not unified. Even in the midst of this crisis, knowing that we got caught with our pants down and are at the mercy of an invisible germ hasn't united us. As we attempt to mitigate its effects it is obvious that we are behind. Lets call a spade a spade.
4) We are stuck in the "taking credit and placing blame game." No one is apologizing, taking full responsibility or acknowledging that "the buck stops here." We need a humble hero willing to shoulder the onus for the sake of hope and tranquility. Our leaders can cut through the SWAMP of red tape.
5) We are still living in the past. "Bitching and moaning" about what China did, or did not do is a waste of time and energy. Our (Chi) energy needs to be concentrated and devoted to dealing with the current crisis as it emerges. There will be a full "After Action Report" following this crisis. Our response as both government and citizens can be better. Isn't it more important to focus on the things we can all do to further mitigate this virus as the main thrust in our news reports?
6) We know that maintenance is generally less costly then repair. An ounce of prevention is better then a pound of cure. Early intervention is as important as prevention. The economy is easier to maintain in its present state, regardless of cost, then it is to put its workforce in jeopardy. There are multiple costs associated with a paused economy.
7) We know that pandemics can have waves that cycle and re-emerge. The timing, timing method and the plan for our return to normal must be precisely executed.
8) We can make our own face masks. The design and the materials to construct our own are abundantly around us. If the average citizen can construct one, why can't industry mass produce them quickly? Everything from blindfolds, coffee filters, hepa vacuum filters, FPR- 10 furnace filters and many other items can be incorporated into a safety mask if need be. Need help with it? Just inquire in the comments.
9) We know that leading by example is the best teacher. "Do as I say, but not as I do" will never have the effect of a visible act. The word "pandemic" only has the depth of meaning we portray it in. The seriousness of a reaction is directly tied to the level of comprehension.
10) We are coming up with ideas and will continue to form multiple formulas and plans for recovery, to return to so-called normalcy. The competition for world leadership and power throughout the world is shifting and multiple players are positioning themselves to fill these gaps. Do we want to lead the world or is it our time for succession?

Joseph W. Brown has been a small business owner, in the technology industry, for over 40 years. He operates as an ITA. An Integrated Technologies Aggregator practices the art of first assembling, next correlating and then finally corroborating various facts from distinct disciplines. Once this is completed, an "ITA" illustrates how these different fields of study are connected. It culminates in presenting inconclusive but irrefutable evidence of the relationships between biological, chemical, electrical, environmental, monetary, physical, psychological, social and SPIRITUAL principles. He strives to present evidence in a cohesive, practical & simplistic manner. Joseph is an unconventional and unique speaker & writer. He describes himself as a natural man with the sensitivity of a spiritual maven.  He is an apologist and spiritual scientist. Joseph insists that we "find" motivation from within by getting inspiration from without. He endeavors to provide that inspiration through applying various Bible based principles. As the author & founder of The Magnetic Model, Rapid Retail Systems & NitchTechnologies.com. Mr. Brown is available to speak to groups of all sizes. (small & large) He will only speak on a "Subject." He relies on the principle of "shedding light" to empower individuals to address their own particular "Situations." These are the tools to create "Solutions."
